Retreat for Adult Burn Survivors

The Retreat for Adult Burn Survivors is hosted by Burn Institute–San Diego and is available for burn survivors 18 years and older. This empowering three-day weekend revolves around self-discovery and provides a venue where participants can:

• Talk openly and honestly about the many issues surrounding their lives after a burn injury
• Learn to stretch into a new understanding of their true abilities
• Network about coping skills and self-esteem and establish self-acceptance
• Provide support to other burn survivors
